Im not from here only for work related . 1st time purchasing a product because im flying on Sunday and im 1 hour drive from the place . I decide to purchase the product and paid for the 2 days ground shipping which to avoid the driving . They lied by saying that they didn’t received the money yet when it’s post in my bank account then for her to say that it takes more then 2 days for an 1 hour shipping it’s insane . And once I told her that I was going to cancelled with my bank by the time I called my bank I already received and email from them why because it takes 14 days to get a refund they definitely worse then any beauty store regarding services
That’s actually scammed people by providing false ground shipping info .
Will never purchase from them and will inform. My coworker which I spoke about it .
