Return policy

Returns

Customer's satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, you may return for refund or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date you received your original shipment.

If 7 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

There is a 25% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. Please note that returns from the purchase in which the FREE SHIPPING promotion was applied will have the original shipping cost deducted from its return totals.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging(all product tags, labels, manuals must be in their original place).

The following items are not returnable, due to health and hygiene concerns (no exception): all hair goods including all wigs, all human hair extensions, all synthetic hair extensions, all fashion/custom jewelries, all clippers and clipper blades.

All handmade cap wigs are not returnable. However if you need to make a minor modification on the style, we will gladly fix it for you for free of charge. All shipping costs incurred will be at your own expenses.

Additional non-returnable items:
Flammable liquid or gas products
Hazardous chemical products
Gift cards

For all returns or exchanges you MUST contact us at sales@ibeautyplace.net in order to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization number(RMA) before you ship the product back to us. You must provide the original invoice to get RMA. Orders that are returned PAST the 7 DAYS will be refused. Returns/Exchanges without a RMA number will be automatically refused. Once your returning merchandise is received by us with proper authorization and meet with our return policy criteria, refund will be issued to your credit card account, which was used originally to place the order, within 3 business days. We can not control the fund holding time that your financial institution takes over the refund amount.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

For those defective electronic products, you may return to us for exchange within 7 calendar days from the original receipt date. After 7 days, you may claim the manufacturer's warranty by contacting directly to manufacturers. We recommend all buyers to register their electronic products for the warranty as soon as they receive them.

Cancellation fees -- For undeliverable merchandise due to incorrect address input by buyer, rejecting merchandises at the delivery and canceling the order after 24 hours from the ordered time, 25% of cancellation fee will be charged to you. All shipping charges incurred are not refundable. For orders returned to TheBeautyPlace marked as “refused”, “unclaimed” or “undeliverable”, a credit will be applied to your credit card with the original shipping cost and the cancellation fee will be deducted from your credit.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items and Clearance Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be returned/refunded, unfortunately sale/clearance items cannot be returned/refunded.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged with the same items

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will process a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
